Terms of Use
These Terms are an agreement between you and the operator named above ("CozBio", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using CozBio you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use CozBio.
1. You must be 18 or older
CozBio is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We ask for your date of birth when you register. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 we will close it, and any coin balance is forfeited.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on CozBio. We remove content and terminate accounts for it, without warning and without refund.
You must not post, stream, send or share anything that:
- sexually exploits or endangers anyone, or depicts a minor in any sexual or suggestive way — we report this to the authorities;
- is pornographic or sexually explicit;
- depicts or encourages real violence, self-harm, suicide or eating disorders;
- harasses, bullies, threatens, stalks or doxxes anyone;
- attacks or degrades people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation;
- promotes terrorism, violent extremism or organised criminal activity;
- sells or promotes illegal drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods and services;
- infringes anyone's copyright, trade mark or other rights;
- impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation with anyone;
- is spam, a scam, or an attempt to obtain money or credentials by deception.
You also must not: use CozBio for anything unlawful; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; interfere with the service or circumvent its limits; or collect other users' information without their consent.
3. Reporting, blocking and moderation
Every video, live stream and chat message in CozBio can be reported from within the app, and you can block any other user at any time. Blocking is immediate and the person you block is not told.
We review reports and act on them within 24 hours. We may remove content, hide messages, suspend or terminate accounts, and refuse service, at our discretion and without prior notice where the content or conduct warrants it. We keep a record of moderation decisions so they remain reviewable.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting CozBio, for as long as you keep it on the service and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups and legal records.
You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the rights to post it.
5. Coins, purchases and refunds
Coins are a limited, revocable licence to access features inside CozBio. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Coins are bought through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and those purchases are governed by the store's own terms as well as these.
Coins and anything bought with them are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. If you live in a jurisdiction that grants you a statutory right to cancel or a right to a refund, that right is not affected by this clause and you may exercise it — in the EU/EEA and the UK this includes your statutory withdrawal and consumer rights. Refund requests for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Unused coins are forfeited if your account is closed by you or by us. We may change coin prices and what coins buy; changes are not retroactive to coins you have already spent.
6. Creator earnings and payouts
If you receive gifts or sell content, your earnings appear as a balance and can be paid out once they reach the minimum. Payouts are made to the bank details you provide and are subject to identity and tax information requirements. You are responsible for your own taxes.
We may withhold or reverse a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, a chargeback, or a breach of these Terms.
7. Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect other users.
What happens to your data on deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
CozBio is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or [LIABILITY CAP — e.g. €100].
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we make a material change we will publish a new version here and ask you to accept it in the app. Continuing to use CozBio after that means you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
